Stop talking yourself out of your next step—and start following through.

You know what you want to do. You’ve thought about it, researched it, and imagined how good it would feel to finally begin. But when it’s time to take action, you find another reason to wait. You rewrite the post. Put off the conversation. Save another podcast—hoping something will make you feel ready.

What if you could stop going back and forth long enough to choose your next step—and actually take it? Without needing the perfect plan, complete confidence, or a guarantee that it will work out.

Live the Life That Is Calling You is a collection of four guided audio practices to help you move from “I keep talking myself out of it” to “I know what I’m doing next.” Find a manageable place to begin, practice following through with uncertainty beside you, and have support for the moments when discouragement makes you want to stop.

Is this you?

  • You’re tired of getting excited about an idea… then talking yourself out of it.

  • You sit down to start, and suddenly you need to do more research.

  • You want to share something, but keep editing until you’ve lost the excitement that made you want to post it.

  • You make a decision, then spend the afternoon wondering whether it was the right one.

And when something doesn’t go as planned, you start questioning whether you should be doing any of this at all.

You want to be able to trust yourself enough to do something with the ideas that keep coming back to you.

These practices give you a place to pause, hear what’s underneath the hesitation, and choose a response you can follow through on.

Press play for the moment you’re in.

When you’ve spent more time thinking about it than doing it.

You open the document. Stare at the screen. Start wondering whether you’re qualified, whether the idea is good enough, or whether you should wait until next week.

Use this practice to step out of that back-and-forth and get specific: What is making you hesitate? Is there something you need to address? What could you realistically do today

You’ll choose one manageable action, picture yourself doing it, and decide when you’ll begin.

Go from “Where do I even start?” to a clear next step with a beginning and an end.

1. Answer the Calling

2. The Door is Already Open

When you keep waiting to feel more confident before you let yourself be seen.

You tell yourself you’ll reach out, try something new, or share your perspective once you feel more ready. Meanwhile, the days keep passing.

Take this practice on a walk. Reconnect with your surroundings, explore how you want to show up, and choose one way to participate more fully in your life. The door is already open! It’s up to YOU to walk through.

Say hello to someone. Explore somewhere new. Share the idea. Give yourself a chance to discover what happens when you follow your curiosity.

Practice showing up as you are, with room to learn along the way.

3. When the Day Feels Heavy

When one setback makes you question the whole dream.
The launch didn’t get the response you hoped for. Something fell through. You had a difficult conversation. Now your mind is turning a hard moment into “This never works out for me.”

This practice helps you acknowledge the disappointment without having to decide what it means about your entire future.

Come back to what you know, identify what would help, and choose what’s within reach—whether that’s a practical step, a boundary, or asking someone for support.

Meet a difficult day without letting it determine every decision that comes next.

4. Set Down the Day

When you’re in bed, but still mentally working through everything you didn’t finish.

You’re replaying what you said. Thinking about what you should have done. Trying to solve tomorrow before you’ve rested tonight.

Let this practice guide you toward a gentler ending to your day. Give unfinished thoughts somewhere to wait, enter into complete relaxation, and acknowledge the effort you’ve already made.

There’s no waking cue at the end. Stay resting, or let yourself drift toward sleep.

Practice putting the day down while there are still things left to do.

Four Audio Practices

Use them when you would usually get stuck.

Before you spend another hour rewriting the same caption.

Before you postpone the email you’ve been meaning to send.

On a walk when you’ve been so caught up in your thoughts that you barely notice what’s around you.

After a disappointment, when you’re tempted to abandon something you still care about.

At bedtime, when you keep telling yourself you haven’t done enough.

Choose the recording that fits. Press play. Give yourself space to find a useful next move—even when that move is rest.

There’s no required order and no daily streak to maintain.

For the person with ideas they’re ready to act on.

This collection is for you if

You don’t need to arrive feeling confident. Each practice gives you something concrete to work with:
a question to answer, a choice to make, an action to take, or permission to pause.

Bring Your Daily Dose of Magic into the rest of your day.

Your free morning meditation and seven emails help you begin with intention.

These four recordings support you when it’s time to put that intention into practice.

When you want to create something—and start doubting yourself.

When you want to follow your curiosity—and feel tempted to stay where it’s familiar.

When you’ve taken a chance—and the outcome is disappointing.

When you’ve done what you can today—and need to let that be enough.

You can use this collection alongside Your Daily Dose of Magic,
or begin with whichever practice you need now.

• You keep researching, planning, or asking for advice without making a decision.

• You want to create or share something, but worry about getting it wrong.

• You second-guess yourself after you’ve already chosen.

• You lose momentum when the response doesn’t match your expectations.

• You find it hard to rest because there’s always more you “should” be doing.

What could you begin if the next step felt manageable?

Maybe you’d finally film the video.
